At Wallace & Tiernan we machine metal parts from raw stock on computer-controlled machine tools. Our plastics department models parts from both thermoplastic and thermoset materials on the latest presses. Assemblies of parts are mad eon ultrasonic staking machines. Our assemblers call on years of training and experience, using integrated assembly procedures.

Wallace & Tiernan's quality control program conforms to federal standards and the recommendations of regulatory bodies. Stainless steel and welds, for instance, conform to NACE standards for sulfide resistance. State-of-the-art test methods are applied to every meter shipped.
